Epoxy resin insulating sleeve is a high-performance insulating component designed for medium and high-voltage electrical equipment. It is made of high-strength epoxy resin material through precision molding process and integrates a corrugated insulating barrel body and a stable base. This product has electrical insulation, mechanical support and electric field control functions. It is suitable for switchboards, cable terminals, transformers and other scenarios. It can effectively isolate high-voltage conductors and grounded parts, prevent arcing and short circuit risks, and at the same time resist mechanical vibration and electromagnetic force impact, ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
As the core insulation protection component of medium and high voltage systems, this product mainly achieves the following functions:
·High-voltage insulation isolation: Through high dielectric strength epoxy resin material and optimized structural design, the electrical path between the conductor and the housing is blocked to avoid leakage or breakdown.
·Mechanical support and fixation: The base is designed to adapt to bolt installation to stably bear the weight of the conductor and the electromagnetic force generated by short-circuit current to prevent displacement or deformation.
